Terms of Use

These Terms are the agreement between you and BENXLABS, Žiga Benko s.p. for using XStand. By using the app, you agree to them. We kept them as simple as we could.
Using the app
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use XStand on your devices for your own enjoyment. Please do not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it. The app is free to use.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use XStand. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your safety comes first
Handstands and other inverted exercises carry a real risk of injury, including falls and injuries to the head, neck, wrists, and shoulders. Only attempt what you can do safely, practise on a soft surface with enough space around you, warm up first, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. If you have any health condition — especially relating to your heart, blood pressure, eyes, spine, or joints — consult a doctor before attempting inversions.
XStand times and scores your holds; it does not supervise you. Hold times and form scores are automatic estimates from your phone's camera and may be inaccurate. You exercise at your own risk.
Duels and fair play
- Each player gets one attempt per duel. Timing and scoring are automatic and final.
- Do not tamper with the app, the camera, or the results to gain an advantage.
- A challenge stays open until someone answers it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you create in the app ("Your Content"). You give us the limited permission needed to store Your Content and show it to the friends you duel, in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for what you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to create or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent or graphic, hateful, harassing, or that infringes others' rights, and not to attempt to misuse, overload, or circumvent the service.
You can report a duel from its result screen. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Our intellectual property
The app, its design, and its underlying technology belong to BENXLABS, Žiga Benko s.p. These Terms do not give you rights to our brand or software beyond using the app.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the service.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that hold times and scores will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BENXLABS, Žiga Benko s.p. will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injuries sustained while exercising. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
App Store
You download the app through the Apple App Store, and Apple's terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and is not a party to these Terms, except that it may enforce them as a third-party beneficiary.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date shown above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia have jurisdiction over any disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
