The timer never starts
Prop the phone upright on the floor about two metres away, step back and raise both arms until the screen says HOLD IT. Your whole body — hands to feet — has to be in the frame. If it says PHONE UP or PHONE DOWN, tilt the phone that way.
My handstand was not counted
XStand only counts a handstand when both hands are visible on the floor and your body is upside down and roughly vertical. Make sure your hands stay inside the frame.
How do duels work?
Record one hold and send the challenge to a friend. They get one try too, and your time stays hidden until they have held theirs. Longest hold wins; form breaks ties.
How do I report a duel?
Open the finished duel and tap Report at the bottom of the result.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, duels, duel photos and the hold history on your phone. No longer have the app? See xstand.si/delete-account.
